Even non-gin drinkers enjoy the sweet, tart smoothness of the Tremont 647 gin blossom, a high-octane libation of blueberry gin and cherry and grapefruit juices, created by bartender Matt Ryan.
"When two of our servers went to Paris last summer, they had blueberry gin and tonics; it made me start thinking about blueberry gin," Ryan said.
First, Ryan infused gin with blueberries and then spent "about a week" experimenting with different flavorings in an effort to come up with a drink that would be not only delicious but unique.
