Trammell Crow Co. opens joint venture
Trammell Crow Co. and Copley Real Estate Advisors have opened their $41 million joint venture project, Parkway La Mirada.
Construction is continuing at the 24-acre business park, but several tenants have already moved in and more than half of the park's 400,000 square feet have been leased.
The project formerly was the site of the Denny's Inc. restaurant headquarters. It consists of 148,000 square feet of office space; 48,000 square feet of service center space; a 144,000-square-foot warehouse that has been leased to Winchell's Donuts; and a 23,000-square-foot retail center still under construction.
