VENDORS COUNT ON SHOWS IN HARD TIMES
NEW YORK - Many men's wear manufacturers say that it's more important than ever to exhibit at trade shows in light of the depressed economy and difficult retailing environment.
The major difference between this year and past years is that manufacturers are being extremely selective about where they exhibit because of the costs involved, according to a DNR market survey. Vendors are closely analyzing their trade show schedules and are concentrating on those shows which are most profitable and productive for them.
