Pant-ysgawn is a Welsh organic goat cheese and it is great for vegetarians. Pant-ysgawn means ``hollow in the sunshine''.
The company that makes it does many different sizes, shapes and styles - some peppery, some coated in breadcrumbs, some with herbs, and so on. But I recommend the classic plain cheese, it is a soft and creamy-tasting cheese which is made in Abergaveny.
If you are not normally a big fan of goat cheese then this is one to try. It is nowhere near as strong as some other varieties.
