Financial Industries Corporation (FIC) announces that the filing on Aug. 26, 2002, of its quarterly report for the period ended June 30, 2002, has brought FIC back into compliance with Nasdaq rules.
Filing of the Form 10-Q had been delayed because of the review by the Audit Committee described in FIC's press release dated Aug. 15, 2002, and its Current Report on Form 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on that same day.
