JACKSON -- The summer months are some of the best months for residential real estate. In commercial real estate, however, they can be some of the worst.
Nowadays, with some corporations declaring bankruptcy and others acknowledging that fraudulent accounting practices may have been used in their bookkeeping, it is no wonder there is a lot of office space on the market.
Still, most commercial real estate brokers are confident things will begin to pick up in the months to come.
