MIAMI -- Burger King Corporation in association with Clear Channel Entertainment announced today the "Burger King Presents: BK Got Music Summer Soul Tour," a musical extravaganza headlined by the legendary Luther Vandross and featuring chart-topping performers Angie Stone, Gerald Levert and Michelle Williams of Destiny's Child. The 19-city tour will kick-off Thursday, August 15 in Boston, and is part of Burger King Corporation's summer long multi tiered promotional campaign, "BK Got Music Summer 2002" which celebrates Black music's past, present and future.
