PITTSBURGH -- An article published in the August 14th issue of the Journal of the American Medical Association (JAMA) asserts that tobacco cessation product marketing has been weakened as a result of financial ties between pharmaceutical and tobacco companies. Examples cited are from events that took place over a decade ago and which reappeared in documents released in the Master Settlement Agreement four years ago.
