DETROIT -- Greektown Casino guests will soon find their experience more enjoyable with three new technologies on the gaming floor:
1. Greektown Casino becomes the first casino in the world to have casino/hospitality carts that serve carbonated beverages using no batteries or electricity. The cart is powered by a standard fountain CO2 cylinder and allows Team Members to serve guests for longer periods of time and without restocking beverages. The cart was originally designed for the airline industry but its makers, Sterling Beverage Systems, Inc., refocused its use to the hospitality industry after Sept. 11.
