PHILADELPHIA _ The revolving door that swung freely for the New York Giants during the off-season might cause some to think that the team is rebuilding.
The Giants don't see it that way. They would say they are reloading.
It wasn't the most serene off-season for the Giants. They were coming off a season in which they failed to make the playoffs after having gotten to the Super Bowl the previous year. They had lost two painful games to the Eagles, their NFC East nemesis.
