DCAP Group, Inc. (OTCBB: DCAP), the largest chain of independent storefront insurance agencies in the northeastern United States, today announced its purchase of the Barry Scott Insurance Agency, formerly an affiliate of Progressive Insurance (NYSE: PGR), the nation's fourth largest auto insurance company.
