It takes a lot to surprise Alan Huot, co-owner of Simsbury, CT-based Nuisance Wildlife Services. After all, he's been trapping since he was 10 years old, and providing professional wildlife control services since 1996. But a residential account in upscale Farmington Valley was becoming overrun with chipmunks--and needed his help.

"When I arrived, the client actually had one cornered in his upstairs shower," Huot recalls with a laugh. After capturing the bathroom culprit with a live trap, Huot quickly set to work with a proven chipmunk treatment program. He began with a thorough inspection.
