* Golf for Anguilla
The government of Anguilla signed an agreement to develop a $250 million golf facility at Rendezvous Bay West, which will be the island's first golf course. Plans call for a championship Greg Norman-designed, 18-hole course and a clubhouse, as well as a deluxe hotel with 80 to 140 rooms. As many as 200 rooms are planned, with the remaining rooms to be constructed as villas for residences or fractional residences. The hotel will also feature a full-service spa. Construction on the golf course is scheduled to start by the end of the year, with completion slated for the 20032004 winter season. The course will be open to the public.
