The use of felted foam dressing for the treatment of neuropathuc diabetic foot ulcers offers promise. The technique has not been well standardised to date.
A study was carried out to assess the effects of felted foam on plantar pressure reduction during therapy of neuropathic foot ulcers, and to define the optimal period for renewal of the felted foam according to the plantar pressure.
Patients
