PEMSTAR Inc. (Nasdaq:PMTR), a leading provider of global engineering, manufacturing and fulfillment services to technology companies, today announced that its board of directors has elected interim Chief Financial Officer, Greg Lea, to lead the PEMSTAR financial organization on a permanent basis. Lea will remain a member of the PEMSTAR board of directors, but has resigned his position on the compensation committee.
