BRISTOL, R.I. _ Katherine B. Quinn, the widow of famed actor Anthony R. Quinn, has placed a subdivided parcel of the couple's estate on the market for $5 million.
The two-time Academy Award winner was buried on the adjoining lot a little more than a year ago.
The listing has not yet been included in the State-Wide Multiple Listing Service Inc., published every two weeks, because Katherine Quinn is trying to keep the transaction private, said Richard Dower, a real-estate agent with Barrington Properties, a Sotheby's International Reality affiliate. Dower is helping Quinn with her plans for the property.
