Walgreens has chosen Moreno Valley for its $160 million Southern California Distribution Center. The pharmacy giant and Fortune 100 company is currently pursuing an aggressive expansion program in California, going head to head with both Savon and Rite Aid for west coast market share.
Walgreens choice of Moreno Valley was driven in no small part because of the transportation resources. Their $160 million Southern California Distribution Center in the Moreno Valley Industrial Area on Perris Boulevard will have more than $350 million in inventory handled by over 600 workers.
