FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. -- The South Florida Chapter of the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI-SF) is hosting its first event of the new 2002/2003-program year "Planning and Measuring Your IR Program."
The dinner meeting will feature Mr. John D. Barker, Vice President of Investor Relations and Financial Communications, Wendy's International, Inc. . Mr. Barker's presentation will include developing an annual IR plan with benchmarks that can be measured, prioritizing components of your plan to meet operating goals of the department and to support corporate goals, and using measurement tools to evaluate the effectiveness of your plan.
