MICHAEL VAUGHAN clearly has a problem. But neither he nor England should worry too much if the Yorkshire opener continues to be plagued by the nervous 190s!
Just a month after being dismissed for 197 during the second npower Test against India at Trent Bridge, Vaughan today failed by five runs to complete the double century he had craved when edging a catch behind in front of a sympathetic capacity crowd at The AMP Oval.
Poor Vaughan. Having batted beautifully for more than six hours yesterday and been denied a chance to do media interviews last night, he faced only 13 more balls on the second morning of the series-decider.
