Sep. 6--A flashy advertising campaign probably would be wasted on Hialeah Metal Spinning Inc. It's hard to make a metal component sexy.
But round metal parts made by the Hialeah manufacturer are useful, providing, for example, support in the base of a lampshade or the funnel in a juicing machine.
So how does a company like Hialeah Metal Spinning get the word out about what it makes?
The South Florida Manufacturing Association has a solution: an event on Tuesday with the theme, "Do You Buy/Sell South Florida?"
