President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo is reactivating a dormant government body to study the countrys claim over the disputed territory of Sabah in the wake of the reported alleged inhuman treatment of Filipino migrants there.
The President yesterday signed an executive order that would reconvene the Legislative Executive Development Advisory Council (LEDAC) on Sabah issues to come up with a national unified policy on whether to renew the country's long-standing claim over the disputed territory.
