Picasso Celebrates 10 Years With Tiffany's
NEW YORK - Paloma Picasso has spent more than 18 months designing a jewelry collection to commemorate her 10-year association with Tiffany & Co., and last week she gave some close friends and clients a preview. It will be launched in October.
The collection, featuring one-of-a-kind pieces, is marked by unusually large stones mounted in signature Picasso settings.
"I tend to like big stones, and because it's my 10th anniversary, Tiffany's gave me a bigger budget for the collection," said Picasso, noting it is very difficult to find large stones of such high quality.
