CULVER CITY, Calif. -- Columbia TriStar Film Distributors International (CTFDI), a subsidiary of Sony Pictures Entertainment (SPE), has generated more than $1 billion in ticket sales overseas in 2002 crossing over the rare billion dollar milestone for only the third time in the studio's history, it was announced today by Jeff Blake, President of Worldwide Marketing and Distribution for Columbia TriStar Motion Picture Group.
