YEARS AGO WE ADOPTED a continuity offense that provided the kind of options and balance we had been seeking.
Once we had the continuity in place, however, it became apparent that many of the practice shots we needed were not available in the new offense and that we had no drills for shots that were available.
What we obviously had to do was develop a set of drills that would simulate shots that were actually available for each position in the continuity.
