Another month and another trans-Atlantic trade row--not that it has hit the radar screens of the media here yet. It a move that will further sour trans-Atlantic relations, central and eastern European countries applying to join the European Union (EU) have been told by Brussels that they will have to ditch or change bilateral trade accords reached with the United States after the fall of communism.
