ALMATY. Sept 6 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - International human rights organizations have urged the Kazakh authorities not to extradite opposition figure Gulgeldy Annaniyazov to Turkmenistan. Annaniyazov had previously fled from Turkmenistan
