An Israeli football club, a remnant to the most famous Jewish club in Europe at the beginning of last century, is struggling for survival. Hakoach Maccabi Ramat Gan that played last year in the Israeli second division was relegated to the third division by the Israeli Football Association after it was found the club has NIS 14.9 million (some $3 million) in debts.
