Health Net of the Northeast, Inc., will continue to offer its Medicare HMO product, SmartChoice, to beneficiaries in New York's Bronx, Kings, Queens and Richmond boroughs.
Currently, the company serves more than 6,500 Medicare+Choice members in New York.
