The Madison County turnaround:
The term "turnaround" is misleading. Madison County is, after all, one of the few Mississippi counties with a story to tell that's pretty much all good news. In this case, "turnaround" means that through leadership, strategic planning, commitment to development and working together - and an aggressive commitment to patience - Madison County has achieved a level of growth that most Mississippi counties can't even dream of.
