No doubt, it's gonna be a rough week. Especially on Wednesday.
Sports was part of the healing process after all that occurred Sept. 11 last year, and it'll be a crutch for many of us again.
Or should it be? Most definitely.
Some are convinced the most inappropriate thing to do on the one-year anniversary of the New York, Washington D.C. and Pennsylvania tragedies is to play sports. There's a full schedule of Major League Baseball that day. Many of them are on TV.
They've suggested a one-day reprieve, just to remind everyone where our priorities as a nation lie. It should be a somber day. It would be ...
