SCOTS construction worker Tommy McHugh will be in the vanguard of a massive September 11 parade in New York one year after the Twin Towers tragedy.
Tommy's first job after emigrating from Glasgow to New York in 1970 was as a construction worker on the World Trade Centre site.
He later worked at the huge complex with an international army of tradesmen on maintenance duties.
