BUSINESS PROCESS MANAGEMENT system (BPMSs) are process integrators. This mean BPMSs use processes to integrate participant through process "flows." In business process management (BPM), there are typically three main categories of participants:
Human participants: People who have various tasks, typically with associated deadlines and priorities. They also have titles or roles such as Broker, Manager Facilitator, or Researcher. The human participants can be within the same group, different department members within the same organization, or participants from different organizations in an extended enterprise.
