H&S LOSES PAUL SMITH LICENSE
NEW YORK -- H&S International Holding Co., based here, has had its Paul Smith Sportswear licensing agreement terminated by Paul Smith Ltd., London, and is closing its doors immediately.
H&S told DNR it has filed an arbitration action against Paul Smith Ltd., before the International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce in Paris, seeking in excess of $8 million in damages. H&S claims the termination was wrongful and that Paul Smith Ltd. committed other breaches of the agreement.
