Soothe Itchy Eczema

JULIE JOHNSON from Kennesaw, Ga., responded via email: For 20 years I had eczema, which was aggravated by ingredients in skin care products. By using only natural products, I greatly reduced my outbreaks. Look for products with calendula oil (Calendula officinalis), jojoba oil, avocado oil, or almond oil, and avoid sodium lauryl (and laureth) sulfate if possible. Also, peppermint essential oil (Mentha piperita) mixed with jojoba oil helped to ease my itching.
