Washington Demilitarization Co., the systems contractor for the Pine Bluff Chemical Agent Disposal Facility at the Pine Bluff Arsenal says the project is "substantially complete" 30 days ahead of schedule.

The $300 million facility to destroy the chemical weapon stockpile at the arsenal has been one of the largest construction projects in Arkansas since construction began in January 1999.
