There is growing concern among the Swiss scientific community over the outflux of much of its best talent to foreign countries. Xavier Comtesse of the Swiss think tank, Avenir Suisse, and Switzerland's first "Science Consul," says that if Switzerland doesn't act quickly, the "brain drain" among young aspiring Swiss scientists will only get worse--and fast.
