Zero Bias Schottky Barrier Detector with Input DC Block
The 501 and 502 series of zero bias Schottky barrier detectors include an integral DC block. Models 501A, 501B and 501S cover the 100 MHz to 20 GHz frequency range; and models 502A, 502B and 502S cover the 100 MHz to 26.5 GHz frequency range. Frequency response for the 105 series is [+ or -] 0.5 dB with a maximum SWR of 1.5 over the entire frequency range. The 502 series specifications are the same through 20 GHz. Frequency response is [+ or -] 0.8 dB and a maximum SWR is 1.6 from 20 to 26.5 GHz.
