IRVINE, Calif. -- Universal Broadband Communications (UBC) next generation telecommunications provider, today announced that it has acquired some of the assets of All About Content, Inc. (AAC) and the engagement of its principals, John Kelly and James Polsen, as Consultants for the transition, integration and further development under the UBC umbrella.
The selected assets purchased in exchange for UBC common shares included AAC's business plan and its three websites.
