Boulder Creek Steakhouse, part of a chain of Western-themed steak restaurants started in 1996 by two Italian restaurant and steakhouse owners, will open its first Westchester location at 1111 Central Park Ave. in Yonkers, the site of the former Ground Round restaurant.
The new restaurant's holding company, Boulder Creek L.LC., was established by Mario Sharro, founder and chief executive officer of Sharro's Italian chain restaurants, and Anthony Scotto of Scotto Brothers Enterprises in Melville, which owns catering halls and restaurants on Long Island and in New York City.
