The traditional Brazilian metallurgy company Prada, was sold for ex-chairman of steel & iron company Armco do Brasil, Jaime Schreier . Prada is the largest tinplate's consumer produced by CSN (Companhia Siderurgica Nacional). With R$308mil turnover last year, Prada is one of the leading of steel packaging sector, which moves around US$1bil per year.
