Sep. 20--Six years ago, it was hard to find a pizza in downtown Charlotte past lunch hour, but that's taken a 180-degree turn with center city counting a dozen or so spots to buy a pie.
Spicing the movement, sports bar Stool Pigeons will open Sunday in the former Rhinoceros Club at West Sixth and North Church streets, and its menu will include pizzas from a well-known suburban Charlotte name -- Wolfman.
Stool Pigeons and Wolfman share common ownership, but this is the first time they've operated together under one roof.
