A HANDMADE lemon curd made in Wales has won the most prestigious of the Great Taste Awards - the world's largest speciality food awards.
Welsh Lady Preserves Lemon Curd of Pwllheli was deemed the Fortnum and Mason Great Taste Awards Supreme Champion at the Speciality and Fine Food Fair, held at London's Olympia, and run by the Guild of Fine Food Retailers.
