PITTSBURGH -- Community College of Allegheny County is launching a new career-training program that directly addresses a need for more qualified call center technicians in the western Pennsylvania region.
Beginning in October, CCAC's Institute for Corporate & Professional Development will train anyone wishing to join the area's growing call center industry. By partnering with Direct Response Marketing (DRM), a Forest Hills- based call center firm, participants will learn from industry practitioners in an actual call center station at DRM's facilities.
