This volume by a member of the staff of the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology, on Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA). was first published in 1996. The third edition includes a discussion on assessing the effects of ETA an energy use and on climate.
Thomas paints out in Chapter 1 that environmental protection measures can be traced back to Ancient Greece and Rome, but so can the proposition that natural resources are there to be used. ...
