If Park Street were the perfect neighborhood, what would it look like?
That's the question that residents will consider at a public forum Wednesday from 6 to 9 p.m. at the Madison Labor Temple, 1602 S. Park St.
The forum will kick off the process of developing urban design guidelines for Park Street, part of a years-long process of revitalizing the area.
