Ai Chi is a water movement and relaxation program created to help aquatic practitioners and clients enjoy movement in water through a flowing, yet powerful progression. Developed and introduced to the aquatic therapy profession by Jun Konno (Japan), Ai Chi is an efficient exercise program increasing oxygen and caloric consumption, with correct form and positioning in the water.
