U.S. travel agents reluctantly said goodbye to one of their biggest supporters last year when Lyndel Grey was transferred to the Australian Tourism Commission's (ATC) head office in Sydney, where she is now the ATC's executive general manager for the Western Hemisphere. Grey's insistence on the agent first reversed years of ATC policy in the U.S. and led to the creation of one of the best of the specialty agent programs, the Aussie Specialists.
