Renaissance Hotels Florida, a new cooperative sales and marketing alliance to market the brand to both business and leisure travelers visiting Florida, announced planned renovations and refurbishments at three of its resorts, Eden Roc Renaissance Resort & Spa in Miami Beach; Renaissance Miami-Biscayne Bay in downtown Miami; and Renaissance Vinoy Resort & Golf Club in St. Petersburg. Together, these capital improvements represent $30 million in Florida for 2002. With the escalating growth of the brand within the state, this number is expected to rise next year.
