* Types: Available in a number of sizes, ice-making machines include several types that produce different varieties of product including cubes, flakes or crushed ice, tubes and cubelettes. Some machines are capable of producing more than one type of ice or may be equipped with a crushing mechanism.
* Capacities/Footprints: Larger floor-model ice makers, which produce from 300 lbs. to about 2,000 lbs. in a 24-hr. period, average about 25" in height and are available in widths from 22" to 48" depending on required capacity.
