LAS VEGAS -- Global Gaming Business magazine today announced that Gary Loveman, the President and CEO of Harrah's Entertainment, would be a Keynote Speaker at Racino 2002. The conference will be held at Dover Downs Hotel & Conference Center, in Dover, Delaware, on November 6-8, 2002. Racino 2002 is the first conference to concentrate on the synergies between the racing and gaming industries.
